In this page we have mentioned all the Detailed Notes of all chapters of CBSE Board class 10 Science in English. These notes are useful for the students who are going to appear in 10th CBSE board exams of this year. 

Science (विज्ञान) in English

Chapter numbers below follow the current NCERT book (Reprint 2026-27). There used to be 16 chapters, now there are 13 — three chapters were fully removed, so the ones after them shifted number. One chapter was also renamed.

Removed from the syllabus

These three chapters were dropped from NCERT’s new book. Some state boards still teach them — notes for these are currently in Hindi only.

• Periodic Classification of Elementsold Chapter 5 — Hindi notes
• Sources of Energyold Chapter 14 — Hindi notes
• Sustainable Management of Natural Resourcesold Chapter 16 — Hindi notes

Total marks: Theory 80 + Internal Assessment 20 = 100.
