Teenager Joins A New School

The teenager joins a new high school. He finds it strange and awkward as his closest friends are in a different school. He misses his old friends and teachers and goes to meet his old teachers regularly.

किशोर एक नए हाई स्कूल में शामिल होता है। उसे यह अजीब और अजीब लगता है क्योंकि उसके सबसे करीबी दोस्त दूसरे स्कूल में हैं। वह अपने पुराने मित्रों और शिक्षकों को याद करता है और नियमित रूप से अपने पुराने शिक्षकों से मिलने जाता है।

Teenager’s House Catches Fire

One day, while the teenager is doing his home work, his house catches fire. He and his mother run outside the house. He goes to his neighbours to call the fire brigade while his mother rushes inside to get some important documents and the pictures of his father. He is terrified on seeing his mother go inside the burning house and in the process of saving his mother, forgets about his pet cat.

एक दिन जब किशोरी अपना गृहकार्य कर रही थी, तभी उसके घर में आग लग गई। वह और उसकी मां घर के बाहर दौड़ते हैं। वह फायर ब्रिगेड को बुलाने के लिए अपने पड़ोसियों के पास जाता है, जबकि उसकी मां कुछ महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज और अपने पिता की तस्वीरें लेने के लिए अंदर जाती है। वह अपनी माँ को जलते हुए घर के अंदर जाते देख घबरा जाता है और अपनी माँ को बचाने के चक्कर में अपनी पालतू बिल्ली को भूल जाता है।

They Shift to His Grandparent’s House

After five hours, the firemen are successful in extinguishing the fire. The teenager suddenly realises that his pet cat is missing. He searches it everywhere but is unable to find it. He cries for the loss of his cat. He and his mother shift to his grandparents’ home as their house has been completely destroyed by the fire.

पांच घंटे की मशक्कत के बाद दमकलकर्मी आग बुझाने में सफल हो पाए हैं। किशोर को अचानक पता चलता है कि उसकी पालतू बिल्ली गायब है। वह उसे हर जगह खोजता है लेकिन वह नहीं मिल पाता है। वह अपनी बिल्ली के खोने के लिए रोता है। वह और उसकी माँ अपने दादा-दादी के घर चले गए क्योंकि उनका घर आग से पूरी तरह से नष्ट हो गया था।

Teenager Goes to School

The next day, the teenager goes to school. His clothes look weird and he does not have any books or school bag as everything was destroyed in the fire. He feels strange going like this to the school and wants to die as his old school, his friends, his house and his pet cat have been taken away from him.

अगले दिन किशोरी स्कूल जाती है। उसके कपड़े अजीब दिखते हैं और उसके पास कोई किताब या स्कूल बैग नहीं है क्योंकि आग में सब कुछ नष्ट हो गया। उसे इस तरह स्कूल जाना अजीब लगता है और वह मरना चाहता है क्योंकि उसका पुराना स्कूल, उसके दोस्त, उसका घर और उसकी पालतू बिल्ली उससे छीन ली गई है।

Teenager Revisits the House

After school, the teenager revisits his house and finds that the damage due to the fire is huge. His heart misses his cat and he is unable to find it. He visits the house every now and then in the hope of finding his cat. But, it seems to be nowhere.

स्कूल के बाद, किशोरी अपने घर का दौरा करती है और पाती है कि आग से बहुत बड़ा नुकसान हुआ है। उसका दिल अपनी बिल्ली को याद करता है और वह उसे ढूंढ नहीं पाता। वह अपनी बिल्ली को खोजने की उम्मीद में हर बार घर आता है। लेकिन, ऐसा कहीं नहीं लगता।

Schoolmates Help the Teenager

The news about the destruction of his house spreads in his new school. Everybody in the school becomes aware of his condition. His schoolmates help him by giving him school supplies, notebooks and clothes. The students introduce themselves to him and invite him to come to their home. This incident helps him open up to them and thus he makes a few friends.

उसके नए स्कूल में उसके घर के उजड़ने की खबर फैल गई। स्कूल में हर कोई उसकी स्थिति से अवगत हो जाता है। उसके सहपाठी उसे स्कूल की आपूर्ति, नोटबुक और कपड़े देकर उसकी मदद करते हैं। छात्र उन्हें अपना परिचय देते हैं और उन्हें अपने घर आने के लिए आमंत्रित करते हैं। यह घटना उन्हें उनके साथ खुलने में मदद करती है और इस तरह वह कुछ दोस्त बना लेता है।

The Teenager Finds His Cat

One day, while he is watching the rebuilding of his house, a lady comes and asks him, if the cat she is carrying, was his. He is overjoyed when he sees that she is carrying his pet cat. He takes it from her arms and holds her close to him and cries. He feels greateful for his life, his new friends, the kindness of a stranger and his beloved cat.

एक दिन, जब वह अपने घर के पुनर्निर्माण को देख रहा था, एक महिला आती है और उससे पूछती है, क्या वह बिल्ली जिसे वह पाल रही है, वह उसकी थी। वह बहुत खुश होता है जब वह देखता है कि वह अपनी पालतू बिल्ली को ले जा रही है। वह उसे अपनी बाहों से लेता है और उसे अपने पास रखता है और रोता है। वह अपने जीवन, अपने नए दोस्तों, एक अजनबी की दया और अपनी प्यारी बिल्ली के लिए महान महसूस करता है।

Conclusion of A House Is Not a Home

The chapter – A House Is Not a Home explains that one must be ready to face the challenges of life with courage and not get bogged down by the ups and downs of life. People encounter several challenges in life on a day-to-day basis, but they must stand firm and face all hurdles courageously.

अध्याय – एक घर एक घर नहीं है, यह बताता है कि व्यक्ति को जीवन की चुनौतियों का साहस के साथ सामना करने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए और जीवन के उतार-चढ़ाव से नहीं घबराना चाहिए। लोग दिन-प्रतिदिन जीवन में कई चुनौतियों का सामना करते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें दृढ़ रहना चाहिए और सभी बाधाओं का साहसपूर्वक सामना करना चाहिए।
