In this page we have mentioned all the Detailed Notes of all chapters of CBSE Board class 10 Social Science in English. These notes are useful for the students who are going to appear in 10th CBSE board exams of this year. 

Social Science (सामाजिक विज्ञान ) in English

Chapter numbers below follow the current NCERT books (Reprint 2026-27). Political Science had 8 chapters, now 5 — three chapters were fully removed, so the ones after them shifted number. A 🅲 mark means part of that chapter is not asked in the CBSE 2026-27 board exam (taught only, or project work).

Removed from the syllabus (Political Science)

These three chapters were dropped from NCERT’s new book. Some state boards still teach them.
